Appreciating the Beauty Around You

What wisdom has 2022 imparted on you?⁠ ✨⁠ 👇⁠ While it may sound cheesy, this past year - as well as the few years before it - have really showed me the beauty of slowing down and appreciating what is around you.⁠ 🙏⁠ There are so many examples of this lesson popping up in my everyday life - as well as travel. In the past, the goal was always to go farther and farther, to the point where I barely gave the incredible destinations within and near to the USA a second thought.⁠ 🌍⁠ And while I'm excited to start traveling beyond North America and the Caribbean next year (I've got big plans!), I'm also grateful for some of the unforgettable trips I had this past year - such as to Acadia National Park (pictured here).⁠ ⛰️⁠ My goal: to bring this mindset into 2023 and appreciate the moments both big and small, the memories both simple and exciting, and the destinations both near and far. ❤️ #BeyondTheGuidebook⁠
