My Self-Care Routine
What does your self-care routine look like? šThis is one of my FAVORITE topics when on live calls with my blogging students. To be honest, I really didnāt have a self-care routine until 2019; but this year I made a serious promise to myself to STOP checking email and social media first thing in the morning and instead take time for myself. š§

I also love getting my morning āpep talkā via @shinetext, šwhich often inspires my journal entries. Itās one of my favorite free apps, along with @insighttimer for meditation.

The best part? āļøAll of the above can be incorporated into my routine whether Iām at home or traveling.
