India can be so beautiful sometimes! Here I am in Udaipur visiting the famous Monsoon Palace, located on a hill overlooking the city, its surrounding lakes and Aravalli Hills. The admission is 400 Rupees (~6 USD), totally worth it to stand out on the palace terrace and see the sunset. You can also climb to the second floor of the now dilapidated palace for an even higher view. Tip: don't bring snacks. The cheeky monkeys will literally rip them out of your hands! * ** ***
