Jessie on a Journey
The image depicts a red hummingbird feeder hanging from a tree branch, surrounded by lush green foliage and delicate white flowers, likely in a tropical or subtropical environment. Three colorful hummingbirds with iridescent feathers in shades of black, orange, and green can be seen perched on or hovering around the feeder, their wings beating rapidly as they feed on the sugary nectar. The background is slightly blurred, creating a dreamy, bokeh effect that emphasizes the vibrant colors and intricate details of the feeder and the hummingbirds.

Hummingbird Haven in Costa Rica

A highlight of my Way to San Jose Trip was #hiking through the #Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve in #CostaRica. So lush, full of #monkeys , #birds and even #jaguars! After trekking, visit the onsite coffee shop for some local java and to see the beautiful #hummingbirds flitting about feeders filled with sugar water. The rapid-winged birds glimmer green and purple in the sun, and I canā€™t get enough of watching them hoover in mid-air deciding their next move, wings flapping so fast you think they might open a time portal. In celebration of wildlife, I'm challenging all of you to my October Action #Challenge, where I ask you to submit one responsible wildlife #tourism tip/personal experience to be shared on Epicureandculture.com to educate others.
