Hiking Panama's Lost Waterfalls Jungle Trek

I’m pretty sure they call this the Lost Waterfalls Hike because the entire trek feels like you’re in a fairytale jungle. 🐒 ___ Right from our cabin — the one I posted about yesterday — we were able to hike through Panama’s high altitude cloud forest jungle to see three spectacular waterfalls, each different from the one before. In between waterfalls, colorful birds hopped between giant trees reaching up into the sky, dangling vines dripping down like forest jump ropes. Enormous elephant ear leaves held frogs and iguanas, while we eyed the muddy jungle ground for snakes and spiders. 🐍 ___ My favorite waterfall was the second, with multiple layers and even a cave behind it. Check out the experience by swiping right! ▶️ ___ Have you ever hiked through high altitude jungle before? * * * #BeyondTheGuidebook #WelcomeToTheJungle #VisitPanama #girlvsglobe #femmetravel #girlslovetravel #thetravelwoman #passportvoyager #seetheworld #packingmybags #theworldiswaiting #adventuretravel #passportbyforbes #panama #jungletravel #outdoortravel #passportready #passportlife #panamajungle #cloudforest #boquete #Chiriquí
