Jessie on a Journey
A playful moment captured underwater in the Dead Sea, renowned for its extraordinary buoyancy due to its high salinity. The clear, turquoise waters offer a breathtaking backdrop. A person's legs emerge from the water's surface, outstretched towards the camera, creating a distinctive perspective. Another person's hand can be seen grasping one of the extended legs, mimicking a whimsical pose reminiscent of the famous Instagram account @muradosmann, where a woman leads her partner on adventures worldwide. This creative interpretation celebrates the unique floating experience of the Dead Sea, a bucket-list destination for travelers seeking a one-of-a-kind encounter with nature's marvels.

Floating Fun in the Dead Sea

While I've been to the #DeadSea before in Jordan, this week I visited from the #Israel side in the Judean Desert. The Dead Sea is a popular #bucketlist item for travelers, as it's the lowest place on Earth at 400 meters (1,320 feet) below sea level. In some areas, it even looks like the #Caribbean Sea. What's really amazing is the salinity of the water, which allows "swimmers" to become so buoyant they effortlessly float. The #iconic Dead Sea photo features people floating while reading the newspaper; however, @travelfreak_ and I decided to do our own take of photographer Murad Osmann's popular IG account, @muradosmann, where his girlfriend drags him around the world. How would you share a Dead Sea experience on #Instagram?
