Finding Gratitude in Urban Adventures

I've been hearing more and more about gratitude journals, and I'm thinking about starting one. ___ Though, let's be honest, quite often my Instagram account acts as the place where I share my joys, struggles and embarressing moments. ___ Right now, I'm grateful for adventures. ___ Now remember, adventures don't always need to mean hiking mountains and jumping out of planes. They can also involve trying new foods, taking a class you've been wanting to try or changing up your routine. ___ One reason I love travel so much is I get to change up my routine; because yes, even as a travel blogger I do have a routine when I'm home in NYC, and I love it. But sometimes it's nice to get out of it. ___ For instance, last week it was awesome visiting Tampa and spending mornings canoeing with alligators or bird-watching in a preserve before cycling along the @TampaRiverwalk. ___ I'm not going to lie, these new adventures definitely helped get my creative juices flowing, and reminded me why I truly love what I do. ___ 🌴 A big thanks to @visittampabay for sponsoring my trip! 🌴 ___ * * * * *
