Jessie on a Journey
A breathtaking panoramic view of the Austin, Texas skyline fills the background, with towering skyscrapers and high-rise buildings piercing the vibrant blue sky adorned with fluffy white clouds. In the foreground, a pair of bare legs dangle precariously off the edge of a colorful, graffiti-covered concrete platform. The platform is covered in a vibrant array of spray-painted artwork, with abstract shapes, characters, and intricate designs created by various artists. Surrounding the platform are grassy areas and scattered trees, providing a natural contrast to the urban landscape. The scene captures a unique blend of urban art, natural beauty, and a daring perspective.

Dangling Off Austin's HOPE Outdoor Gallery

Here I am dangling off the edge of the HOPE Outdoor Gallery in Austin, Texas, one of my top three favorite attractions from the trip. It's an outdoor multi-level paint park you can climb, managed by the non-profit HOPE Events. The park is meant to inspire, and allows experienced and novice artists alike a place to express themselves. You can actually climb to the top to dangle off (be careful!) or paint some works yourself with the many spray cans laying around. Moreover, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the city. What's your favorite art-centric experience in Austin?
