Cacao is sustainably sourced from a small family #farm in #Colombia, and the walls are filled with local #art. My favorite pairing was the west coast double #IPA paired with the Earl Grey chocolate, the #organic #tea leafs steeped in heavy cream to make the #ganache. Had delightful #floral notes! :)
