Conquering the Gobi Desert by Bike

PROOF THAT I DID IT! 💪 Friends, biking through sand, gravel, and dust storms is NO JOKE. The Gobi is a totally different beast than the paved streets of NYC. 😅 Luckily, the beautiful scenery and changing landscapes of Mongolia's Gobi Desert — from granite mountains to green valleys to vast barren steppes — kept me going. 😍 While on Day 1 I tapped out at 1.5 miles, on Day 2 I made it to 5 miles. Then, on Day 3 I biked 10 miles! (!!!) 🚴‍♀️ It felt incredible to get there when I truly didn’t think I could do it, and I took this photo as proof of what I accomplished. 🤸 What challenges have you conquered? 🙌
