Apartment Tour: $1850 One-Bedroom In The Upper East Side

Question: What would $1850 get you in your home city? In this video, I'll give you the "grand tour" (ha!) of my small studio 1-bedroom in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan. Honestly, when looking for an apartment in New York City it's all about compromise. Don't be surprised to find apartments where the bed doesn't even fit in the bedroom, or where the shower is next to the stove. Most of us are living here for the amenities available to us at every moment (not the giant apartments ;)). My grandma is actually from Italy and came over Ellis Island in the 1930s to settle in Queens, before moving to Long Island where I was born (though haven't lived there in 7+ years), so the city is VERY special to me.
