Saying No and Protecting Time

Not apart of my journey today It is hard to say No especially to those you love but it is a complete sentence. We joke that Steve's favorite word is NO. Once I got more comfortable saying it, I feel liberated to say it more often. Protecting my time and being intentional is my goal. So, what is not going to be apart of your journey today?
