RV Camping: First Come, First Served Dilemma

Planner vs non-planner If you happened to catch our stories over the weekend you know that we tried to stay at a first come first serve campground on a Saturday in Nebraska. My thought was it's cheap, it's October, and it's Nebraska 🤦‍♀️ Well, I was wrong. They were full and had been all week. We talked with the camp host and we "might" have been able to get a spot on Sunday but nothing is guaranteed. I hate first come first serve spots...there I said it! I am a planner to the core and not knowing where I am going to stay hikes up anxiety and I hate that feeling. Steve on the other hand, goes with the flow and wasn't worried one bit. We ended up staying in a Cabela's parking lot about 15 minutes away for the night. With the uncertainty, we did make a reservation at a local KOA starting on Sunday. So I slept like a baby knowing we had a place to go in the morning. ⁉️Do you like first come first spots⁉️ Follow us for more real life RVing @exploringoutsidethe303
