Hiking Adventures Fuel Fitness Journey

Small changes add up over time I keep telling myself to stay consistent, and the results will follow. My body takes time to show physical results, always has (which can be frustrating). Last week, I hiked almost every day at Capitol Reef NP and hiked more miles than I have ever hiked before (1st 📸). My stamina was through the roof, and my legs were strong the entire time. 💪 I can feel and see a difference in how my body moves from last September (2nd 📸) A huge thank you to @coach.austin.galloway for showing me how, building up my confidence, and talking me through the ups and downs of becoming healthier.
