Exploring Outside the 303
A picturesque scene showcasing a full-time RV lifestyle. In the foreground, a rugged Ram pickup truck is hitched to a luxurious Cougar fifth-wheel trailer, both positioned against the backdrop of majestic mountains bathed in warm, golden hues. The trailer's sleek design and ample living space suggest a comfortable home on wheels. The setting appears to be a desert landscape, with rocky terrain and sparse vegetation typical of the American Southwest. The image captures the freedom and adventure associated with embracing a nomadic lifestyle, exploring the open road, and immersing oneself in the beauty of nature.

Full-Time RV Family's Monthly Budget Breakdown

Fulltime Travel Family Monthly Budget 💰 January was different then any month we have had in the past. Steve was in Colorado for 2 weeks, the kids and I were on our own, we end up purchasing a new rig, and we altered our travels plans for that and some family issues. "Rent" TT Resort: 3 nights RPI Resort: 21 nights RV Resort: 7 night Rent: $611 Cost per night: $19.71 🏞️We stayed at the same resort for 3 weeks in total. 2 weeks was at $14/night and the other 7 were at regular rate. "Food" Groceries: $800 Restaurants: $724 🍴 Steve was in Colorado for 2 weeks, so we paid extra in groceries and eating out. Also we joined Costco, so I think we went a bit over board with that. "Fuel" Total Miles ~1,840 Towed Miles: 880 Fuel Cost: $498 Days Traveled: 3 States: Nevada, Utah, Colorado "Entertainment" Activities: $20 🎭 We went to the skate park and hiking. $5/day at Red Cliffs Conservation and $10 for Valley of Fire State Park With purchasing a 5th wheel we had to get a hitch installed and we opted for adding air bags as well. We also had the truck tires rotated. I will go into costs of those items in a later post. ❓Do you track you monthly expenses?
