Exploring Outside the 303
The image depicts two young children, a girl and a boy, standing next to a large tree trunk with twisted, gnarled bark on a residential street in Charleston, South Carolina. The girl wears a bright pink jacket and patterned leggings, standing with her hands on her hips and smiling. The boy wears a blue t-shirt with a graphic design, gray pants, and a playful expression. Behind them, the street is lined with historic Charleston-style houses with iron-wrought balconies and brick or stucco facades. The trees lining the street have bare branches, suggesting a winter or early spring season. Parked cars can be seen in the background, adding to the residential atmosphere.

Charleston, South Carolina Sights

Continuing our tour of the Southeast we walked around Charleston and checked off a few sights to see. We went on a weekend day which was a big mistake because there were SO many people and parking our large truck was an effort in patience and many left turns. We were able to drive around and check out a lot of the mansions while looking for parking. . . Rainbow Row was really beautiful and fun to see the gas burning lanterns. We added Charleston to our return and explore more list because we ran out of time to see everything. Do you have a Bucket List of places to visit or things to do? It feels like our list never stops growing even though we are checking off items. @ Charleston, South Carolina
