Exploring Outside the 303
A couple is embracing and admiring the breathtaking view of Bryce Canyon National Park's iconic hoodoos, which are tall, thin spires of rock protruding from the ground. The hoodoos are a vibrant reddish-orange color, creating a striking contrast against the clear blue sky. Behind the hoodoos, a vast, undulating landscape of eroded rock formations and canyons stretches out, punctuated by evergreen trees. The couple stands on a rocky outcrop, taking in the otherworldly scenery that makes Bryce Canyon so renowned.

Bryce Canyon's Hoodoo Wonderland

Bryce Canyon NP Review (save this for later) Bryce NP is known for the Hoodoo's, a tall thin spire of rock that protrudes up. This park has an out of this world feeling to it when you are below the rim with the hoodoo's, sand dunes, forest, and steep inclines all within the same hike. When we went there was some snow mixed in with the red rocks and green trees. The scenic drive was a great way to see the many over looks and take in how vast the park is. We hiked Navajo Loop to Queens Garden Trail, Sunset Point to Sunrise Point, and Mossy Cave Trail. We recommend going below the rim to see a different perspective of the hoodoo's. This park is very stroller/wheelchair friendly especially with the scenic drive overlooks, Sunset to Sunrise Points, and Mossy Trail too. Parking is limited at the trail heads. A free shuttle runs from April to September but is not mandatory to take. We stayed 25minutes outside the park at a KOA. There is some boondocking available closer to the park. Our ratings: Access: 6/10 Crowds: 5/10 Kids Friendly: 8/10 Camping Near By: 7/10 Overall: 7/10 The park was crowded and parking was limited but if you arrive early those issues are minimized. The scenery at Bryce is indescribable and so unique to any of the other Mighty 5 Parks. ❓Have you been to Bryce Canyon NP? What was your overall rating of the park❓ @exploringoutsidethe303 @exploringoutsidethe303 @exploringoutsidethe303 @ Bryce Canyon National Park
