Transport Options from Paris Airport to Eiffel Tower

It’s about a 40-60 minute Uber ride from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to the beautiful Eiffel Tower—depending on traffic of course. Our Airbnb was just a few minutes’ walk to the Eiffel Tower, so it was on the way. You have a few options to get from the airport to your accommodations. There are pros and cons to each. Save this for future travels! 🚊METRO Pros: •Affordable (around €10-€12). •Avoids traffic delays. •Frequent departures. Cons: •Requires a transfer (RER B train to Metro Line 6). •May be challenging with large luggage. •Not ideal if you’re unfamiliar with Parisian public transport. 🚍BUS Pros: •Direct route (Le Bus Direct Line 2). •Offers luggage storage. •Cost-effective (around €15-€20). Cons: •Slower (60-90 minutes). •Fewer departure times than the metro. •Service may not always be available, so check in advance. 🚙UBER Pros: •Convenient and door-to-door service. •Easy to book via the app. •Generally quicker than the bus. Cons: •More expensive (approximately €50-€70). •May face traffic delays, especially during peak times. ✨This was the option we chose. It was a little more pricey, but very comfortable and convenient. We were dropped off right in front of our Airbnb. 🚕TAXI Pros: •Direct and reliable. •Readily available at the airport. •Set fares for trips between the airport and the city center. Cons: •Most expensive option (€70-€90) •Traffic can significantly affect travel time. ✨I would NOT recommend this option. On our first trip to Paris, we took a taxi and were unfortunately taken advantage of. They initially quoted us €50, but by the end of the ride, they tacked on extra fees, and we ended up paying double!
