Family Hiking Safety Tips

Our family is always up for a good hike!🥾 Here’s a few of our safety tips for your next outdoor adventure... (𝙎𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚) 🌳Always hike with someone else 🌳Bring extra food and water 🌳Pack a small first aid kit with some essentials 🌳Know your limits and speak up if it’s too much 🌳Check the weather in advance 🌳Bring fully charged cell phones and a portable battery charger 🌳When things get rough, know when to turn back 🌳Wear good hiking shoes 🌳Research the trails beforehand 🌳Watch out for dangerous wildlife (Swipe to see the 2 copperhead snakes that we found on our last hiking trip!😬) Stay safe and enjoy the outdoors! 💛Love, The Blondies ➡️Follow us @eastcoast.blondies . . .
