Coastal-Inspired Cozy Living Area

That cute little coffee table in the center, is one that I bought several years ago from Goodwill ~ for $7 ~ Can you believe it?!! . It started out as an ugly orange-colored wood, but with a little sanding and paint, it came to life!🤩 (Check out stories for the before and after) . I love adding a little beach-inspired color to my home. It makes me feel like I’m on vacation even when I’m not!🤣 . This sitting area is located near the entryway with double french doors leading to it, allowing this room to be open or closed to the rest of the house. . With a bookcase on one side and piano on the other, it’s the perfect place to read a book or listen to calming music ~ someone is always playing the piano in our home.💕 . I’ve tried to be very intentional about how I create each space in my home, to make it as functional and purposeful as I can for my family. . This is our peaceful space. .
