Reminders for Mental Health Awareness Month💜
I think it's so important to recognize and talk about our mental health. So many times we sweep it under the rug, and avoided it at all cost. Being sick with rona, I have witnessed my own mental health slipping. Between isolation & my health being tanked, it has been hard on my thoughts.
I wanted to share some reminders that we could all use no mater what our current circumstances may be.
