From body image, to all my personality quirks, it has taken me along time to truly love who I am. But looking at these images I realize that I really love myself, I can feel the joy and care I give to Anna everyday. โ

It has been a journey and it's one I work on everyday, here are some ways I have learned to love myself. โ

๐ Taking rest days and learning to say no โ
๐ Eating a balanced diet instead of restricting myself โ
๐ If I start noticing negative self talk, I replace those words with postive affirmations โ
๐ Following my passions, not just following what society wants โ
