A smiling young woman with long brown hair is holding a bowl of steaming hot food, likely a soup or grain dish, in a kitchen setting. She is wearing a bright pink knit sweater and blue jeans, appearing comfortable and relaxed. Beside her on the counter is a stack of cookbooks titled 'Bad Manners', suggesting these are plant-based or vegan recipe books she may have used to prepare her meal. The kitchen has white cabinets and appliances, giving a clean and modern aesthetic.

#AD Over the past couple years I have really loved learning how to cook at home. It's more cost-effective and better for your body. In 2022, I want to make it a goal to cook more vegan options for dinner.  With the @badmannersfood cookbooks from @wellenough I have all the recipes I need.      I recently watched a few documentaries that really opened my eyes on why eating plant-based is so important for both our bodies and the planet. It helps eliminate food waste and you get to eat more nutrient-dense meals. I was so excited to learn that all four Bad Manners cookbooks are filled with delicious vegan recipes!      I love that these cookbooks provide amazing options from party appetizers and pizza to warm soups for the cold winter months. I made the carrot rice soup recipe and it was delicious. These cookbooks make eating plant-based food fun and easy!      Make 2022 the year you learn how to cook plant-based dishes at home, I promise it is one of the most empowering feelings!
