Staying Healthy With Tons of Travel 🌈
If your new here, you may not know that I have a few chronic illnesses & that can make travel more challenging. But the truth is no mater if you have a chronic illness or not, you can easily get sick while traveling.
Change in routine can really throw the body off, so here are some ways to stay feeling good on trips!
🍊Vitamin C should be in your daily routine! Have that immunity built up
😴 Make sure to get enough sleep! I know you want to see everything: but your body still needs time to recover
🥗 Try to balance the foods you eat. Trust, I want to try all the different foods! But with stomach isssues I have to be more cautious when I'm on the go
📝 When I am at home I try to stick to a good routine. I have noticed that when I'm taking care of myself at home, my body is more prepared for travel
💊 Bonus: Travel with medicine just in case you do get sick! For me, migraine & stomach meds are critical. Yes you can always buy them but when you are already feeling bad the last thing you want is a trip to the store
