How I'm taking care of myself - Before the wedding!
I am 12 days out from my wedding eeek! So it's no surprise that I have been an anxious mess lately. Who knew that even throwing a small wedding could cause so much anxiety?
So here is some ways I'm taking care of myself right now
💜 Daily walks with my dog
💜 Sharing all my thoughts and fears with my trusted people
💜 Eating nutrious meals
💜 Drinking relaxing tea to help me get a good nights rest
💜 Working out to boost my endorphins
