To enjoy the warmer days i made a Pink Peach Bellini using @empress1908gin , It was the perfect cocktail to enjoy on a nice Colorado day in my backyard. Empress 1908 Gin is micro-distilled in small batch copper-pot stills using eight botanicals: juniper, rose, coriander seed, grapefruit peel, ginger root, cinnamon bark, butterfly pea blossoms and the Fairmont Empress Blend Tea.โโ

Here is what you need for a Pink Peach Bellini โโ
โข 2 oz Empress Ginโโ
โข 1/4 cup Grapefruit Juice โโ
โข 8oz Frozen White peaches โโ
Put all the ingredients in a blender, Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of frozen peach. Enjoy!โโ
