Staying Healthy With Tons of Travel ๐ŸŒˆโ€‰ โ€‰ If your new here, you may not know that I have a few chronic illnesses & that can make travel more challenging. But the truth is no mater if you have a chronic illness or not, you can easily get sick while traveling. โ€‰ โ€‰ Change in routine can really throw the body off, so here are some ways to stay feeling good on trips! โ€‰ โ€‰ ๐ŸŠVitamin C should be in your daily routine! Have that immunity built upโ€‰ ๐Ÿ˜ด Make sure to get enough sleep! I know you want to see everything: but your body still needs time to recover โ€‰ ๐Ÿฅ— Try to balance the foods you eat. Trust, I want to try all the different foods! But with stomach isssues I have to be more cautious when I'm on the go โ€‰ ๐Ÿ“ When I am at home I try to stick to a good routine. I have noticed that when I'm taking care of myself at home, my body is more prepared for travel โ€‰ โ€‰ ๐Ÿ’Š Bonus: Travel with medicine just in case you do get sick! For me, migraine & stomach meds are critical.
