This year I have really been focusing on small things I can do, to take care of my mental & physical health. It all starts with adding small attainable actions, that help lead to a healthier you! โ

๐ชฅ Flossing my teeth daily (I hate it but it's good for me lol)โ

๐ Doing an activity that brings me joy at least once a weekโ
