Travel Content Creator Shares Life Journey

hello 👋🏼 I’m Kimber! It’s been a while, so I wanted to share an old fashioned post 😅 + reintroduce myself 👇 I’m a travel content creator from the U.S. currently spending summer in Europe! Here’s how I got here: I graduated with a BA in Art and Psychology and spent my early 20s traveling the world with the little bit of money I could save between trips. In 2016, after my first solo trip through Europe, I was craving the freedom to live + work anywhere, so I decided to take a TEFL course so I could move to Spain and teach English 🇪🇸. Teaching ESL changed my life, not only because I got to live and work in Madrid for a year, but also because in the process I learned about online teaching - that’s right - I could live and work from anywhere that had internet connection! And I really did 😆! I’ve taught in closets, on buses, in bathrooms, pretty much anywhere and everywhere 🙈. I loved the freedom of working online, but something was missing! I missed being creative which was why I studied art in the first place… So I channeled my creativity into taking photos of my travels and sharing them on instagram. Sadly my account was deactivated in 2021, but since then I’ve rebuilt this account and didn’t listen when people (and my own limiting beliefs) told me that I would never make it as a content creator. So here we are 2 years later and I am doing what I love most - working with brands I believe in as I discover the world and share it all with you! Something magical happens when you align yourself with what you love. Doors open (and close) and you trust that everything is working out for you. You feel free, light, joy. This is what you are here to feel. I hope that if you’re struggling right now with the situation you’ve found yourself in - you take this as a reminder that it doesn’t have to be that way.
