5 Essential Apps for Budget Travel

Obviously don’t regret a thing 🤷‍♀️ BUT I am learning how to travel smarter and if you are too, you’re in the right place👇 5 ESSENTIAL APPS FOR BUDGET TRAVEL (save this post 📌) @tripcoin - the best way to save on travel is to be mindful of where your money is going (why did it take me so long to figure this out? 🙈) tripcoin is an expense tracking app that works offline, which is great for international travel! I can’t wait to try this one out on my first trip of 2023 ✈️ @hopper - arguably the most feature-packed app to analyze historical airfare data to determine whether it’s the right time to buy your airfare. Definitely use this if you have a trip later this year planned that you didn’t book a flight for yet! I’ll 100% be using this for the big Africa trip I’m planning in September 😊 @hoteltonight - arrange last minute accommodations, often at prices lower than if you booked in advance! Say no more 😅 @splitwise - this one is great for when you travel with friends or family. The app will itemize expenses and tell each individual how much they owe, so you can spend less time figuring out how to split costs and more time enjoying your trip! Foreceipt - this one is going to be a game changer for travel expenses (freelancer travel friends, listen up!) you can attach a receipt with all expenses entered and all images will automatically be saved to your Google Drive account. Additionally, email receipts can be tracked as well by forwarding them to Foreceipt. I cannot wait to try this out this year to make taxes so 👏 much 👏 easier! 👏 Have you tried any of these apps yet, which one are you most excited to try and/ or what would you add to this list? 🧐 Follow for more adventure travel tips + solo and budget travel recommendations ✨ ——
