Grand Lanai Restaurant Week starts tomorrow at @intlmktplace 🍴✨ From April 18-24, restaurants will be featuring special prix fixe menus - multi-course meal pairings for an amazing deal! We had the chance to do a preview dinner at @herringbone and meet Executive Chef, Gary Tamashiro - who created the featured dishes:

🍣 Furikake Tuna Tataki - local ahi, edamame hummus, soy ginger vinaigrette, Kunia Country Farms kolohe greens, truffle/yuzu vinaigrette, bubu arare
🥗 Island Chopped Salad - pipikaula, romaine lettuce, Castelvetrano olives, Ho Farms cherry tomato, cucumber, mozzarella, cheese, lilikoi vinaigrette
