Spend some time in nature daily, walk bare foot. You’ll be amazed at how centered, balanced, and revitalized you will feel. Punalu’u Black Sand Beach is one of our favorite stops on the Big Island. It’s the most expansive and easily accessible black sand beach. The sand is made out of tiny fragments of lava.
