Over the weekend, I whipped up a quick dinner. DM was flooded with messages for the recipe so here it is! You can get everything from @foodlandhi 🛒🥒

• 1 package imitation crab
• 8-10oz. salmon
• 1 local Ho Farms Japan cucumber
• 1 box cream cheese
• 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• kewpie (Japan mayo)
• unagi sauce
• furikake
• green onions
• rice vinegar
• sesame oil
• 3 cups rice
• nori (optional)
• sweet chili sauce (optional)
