I saw @foodlandhi make these Mochi Crunch Elotes and I just had to try it! It's as delicious as it looks. Foodland carries a variery of Maika'i mochi crunch, our favorite is the original Kaki Mochi. Mochi Crunch definitely adds a lot of flavor! This is a great dish to add to our summer bbq. 🙌🏽🌽 Mochi Crunch Elotes recipe: - maika'i kaki mochi (chopped) - ewa corn - kewpie mayo - grated parmesan - cilantro - lime Clean corn and dress by coating all sides with Kewpie mayo | Pre-heat grill to high heat. Grill corn on all sides until slightly charred. About 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a large plate. | Drizzle Kewpie Mayo on the corn and then dust with a generous amount of the kaki mochi, parmesan cheese and cilantro. | Squeeze lime for an added flavor.
