Hawaii was definitely one of the strictest travel measures of any state. As a resident and a frequent traveler, getting a C0VID-19 vaccine was the best decision since I had plans to travel to Europe. Fully vaccinated is the key requirement for international travelers 18 and older, as well as tests taken within one day of departing for Hawaii for all travelers 2 and older. From the airport, restaurants, museums, tours, and hotels -- the vaccine card was literally like a passport.
