The bar program at Deck. focuses on the concept of Zero Waste, Sustainability, and supporting local brands in their signature cocktails that pair with their modern take on Hawaiian/American Cuisine. The featured Hawaiian rums tonight are by Kōloa Rum: Kōloa Coconut Rum which is made from pure cane sugar and all-natural coconut and Kōloa Cacao Rum which is made from pure cane sugar and local cacao nibs.
