✨new & affordable✨Omakase Special at @robatajinya 🍣🥢 Believe it or not, it was our first time experiencing “omakase” style dining — a form of Japanese dining in which guests leave themselves in the hands of a chef and receive a meal which is seasonal, elegant, artistic and uses the finest ingredients available. Robata JINYA offers three Omakase Specials, we had the chance to try and experience the “Nigiri Lovers” which includes 13 nigiri courses + miso soup for only $85! 🤩 🍣 nigiri offerings such as toro topped with uni, tai snapper, Kona kampachi, ika with caviar, scallop, salmon belly, hamachi with truffle oil, seared golden eye snapper, Kauai shrimp, ikura, saba, unagi with foie gras, and toro!
