Loaded tray of nachos coming right up - BBQ Kalua Pork Nachos. I’ve been wanting to make this for the family. It’s perfect for four people and only takes about 15 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
• 1 bag tortilla chips
• 2 cups Mexican cheese
• 12 oz. kalua pork, shredded
• 1 cup pico de gallo
• 1 cup guacamole
• 1 lime
• green onions
• sour cream
• bbq sauce
Instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• Create even layers of chips, cheese, and kalua pork.
• Place platter in the oven and bake until cheese has melted, 10 minutes.
• Remove from oven and too nachos with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, green onions, and bbq sauce.
