Oreo cheesecake bites for dessert! ๐Ÿ˜‹ itโ€™s so easy that even husbands can make it. ๐Ÿ˜œ #foodland5 ingredients: @foodlandhi ๐Ÿช @oreo cookies ๐Ÿง€ 1 block cream cheese ๐Ÿง‚ 1/3 cup sugar ๐Ÿฅš 1 egg ๐Ÿฐ few drops of vanilla extract 1. Preheat the oven to 350ยบ F. 2. Place 12 cupcake liners in a cupcake pan and then place half Oreo cookie in each liner. 3. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth, 2-3 minutes. Mix in the sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Beat in the egg. Sprinkle in the Oreo crumbs and larger Oreo pieces, and mix with a spatula. 4. Place a little more than 2 tbsp of cheesecake batter in each cupcake cup. 5. Top the cheesecakes with additional oreo crumbs or larger oreo pieces if desired. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake. 7.
