Craving for something sweet and sour? Here’s a good recipe to make at home! 🥭🤤 We’ve had all kinds of cravings lately. This is a good snack to have readily in the fridge - crunchy and refreshing! Feel free to add more mangoes because 3 wasn’t enough for us, we ate this within two days. 😆 Going back to @foodlandhi to get more mangoes!
PICKLES MANGO INGREDIENTS
• 3 fresh mangoes, sliced
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup rice vinegar
• li hing mui seed
• 1 tbsp li hing mui powder
• 1 cup brown sugar
• mason jars or any container with a lid
• optional: you can use red food dye instead of li hing mui powder
