It’s the new year and everyone’s resolution is to be a better version of themselves in to get fit and eat better be healthier and blah blah blah but you’ll notice that there are not three reasons popping up at all, because there really is no reason why you shouldn’t start right now, anytime you feel motivated is a great time to start getting healthier and exercising and feeling better about yourself and doing things that help you be a better you for your work for your family and for yourself. January is great and I know it’s very popular but even if you’re watching this video in February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, it doesn’t really matter. There just is something that’s so motivating about those blue checkmarks and it telling you that a friend is on working out with you. And it doesn’t hurt that all of my camera gear feels a lot lighter when I’m consistently working out!
