Photographer's Inclusive Wedding Package
‼️WARNING‼️these aren’t common ones you’ve been seeing with this trend.
-
1. Album covers. I don’t care if you order custom die genuine leather, glossy acrylic or touch velvet or anything in between with every expensive customization you can choose. I will pay for it all and my clients won’t be nickel and dimed over an extra $100 for leather vs linen. Every possible cover and album customization is completely included in the package price.
2. Film photography. Yeah I know it costs me money every time I press that shutter but if I think your day has the time needed for a few film shots here and there, they’re on me. Plus, since I learned on film I find using my actual film camera I learned on, the Canon A-1, something I do for me as a creative expression and my clients benefit from it from time to time.
3. 2-3 Hour Custom Album Design Session. To me album designs shouldn’t be cookie cutter templates. Designing the final story is a collaborative process that my clients have full control of with my creative guidance in real time. No back-and-forth emails with changes for 20 months. Just arts and crafts time with a glass or two of wine and their album is typically in their hands within 3-6 months from their wedding.
4. Family photo list compilation. There’s an art to putting together a family photo list IN THE RIGHT ORDER to save tons of time on the wedding day and make sure you don’t forget anyone. We do this for every couple and then ask for their final revisions. It’s one of the reasons we get standard family photos done usually in 10 minutes or less.
5. The number of photos I take. I want to give you a balance of curated art plus capturing every moment, but I never understood the concept of putting a number of delivered images into a package price. Just keep shooting.
What are some (reasonable) things you think photographers shouldn’t charge for?
