If you’ve never had this gluten free, Brazilian treat prepare to fall in love. Good with coffee or for breakfast or really anytime. Best served hot and fresh! - Side note, I felt a little like @rachlmansfield making this 😂 - Ingredients 4 cups tapioca flour 1 1/4 cups milk 1/2 cup water 6 tablespoons oil 2 1/2 cups grated Minas Fresh Cheese 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons salt - 1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Bring milk, water, oil and salt to a boil. 3. Pour liquid immediately over tapioca, flour and mix 4. Add eggs, one by one. 5. Add cheese little by little (I usually need a spoon to mix this well) 6. with wet hands to prevent the dough from sticking to your fingers, make little 2 inch balls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. 7.
