Gluten-Free Brazilian Cheese Bread Recipe

If you’ve never had this gluten free, Brazilian treat prepare to fall in love. Good with coffee or for breakfast or really anytime. Best served hot and fresh! - Side note, I felt a little like @rachlmansfield making this 😂 - Ingredients 4 cups tapioca flour 1 1/4 cups milk 1/2 cup water 6 tablespoons oil 2 1/2 cups grated Minas Fresh Cheese 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons salt - 1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Bring milk, water, oil and salt to a boil. 3. Pour liquid immediately over tapioca, flour and mix 4. Add eggs, one by one. 5. Add cheese little by little (I usually need a spoon to mix this well) 6. with wet hands to prevent the dough from sticking to your fingers, make little 2 inch balls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes -
