Challenges in Wedding Photography

My personal favorite is when I get grumpy family members pissed at me that they need to be in a photo the couple requested. It’s like, “dude, this isn’t going on MY mantle.” What’s your best “inner monologue” moment during a shoot day? PS yes this does become outer monologue if my hubby @robadamsfilms gets in my way...but that hasn’t happened in about 11 years 😉 PPS I do have to say relations between photo and video teams have gotten so much better in the last five years than in the first 15 years I was doing this. Maybe it’s because we’ve all gotten better at communicating, or the photo/video world is a small one, or maybe because video has adapted to have similar, if not the same, cameras that photographers have. Whatever it is, it’s definitely noticeably better than when I first started and I am very grateful for that!
