Appreciation for My Team

I know this sound is “supposed to” be all video clips of me doing everything, but that’s just NOT true (and also NOT SMART - more on that later). I absolutely do not do everything myself. I have an incredible team of people around me, that I’m proud to call friends, that help me achieve my goals not only in my photography business but my educational one as well. It takes a village around here to do what we do and I wouldn’t be able to do it without them. Most of the faces that you see have been with me for well over a decade, lol let’s just say these people know me better than anyone. . While the original intent of this sound is cute, and definitely the reality of most budding entrepreneurs, it should not be a goal to do everything yourself. No CEO of any major company does everything themselves. Instead, they surround themselves with people that are BETTER than they are at doing certain tasks so their time can be used most wisely with an essentialist mindset (Essentialism by Greg McKeown is a highly recommended book). . All of this to say thank you to these amazing people that work with me to create everything you see (and don’t see) that makes me and my business run as smoothly as it does. Love you all!
