Replying to @Poly Pages Which is your favourite theme park in the world?! Have you been to this one? At first we thought it a little unusual that we had to buy ride passes after paying to get in, but actually it works well for people who dont like to go on rides but enjoy spending time with their friends / family. The ride passes for little ones are great for smaller children whi dont meet the height requirements for the bigger rides. Where should we go next?!

Reply to @evan_gray03 Top tips for a budget trip to Disney 👀 Flights + Hotel £165 🤩
This price for THREE attractions is insane 😳🔥
How many rides do you think we can get on in one day? 👀 The ultimate fast pass is £109 per person, but by playing it by ear and just using single ride fast passes as and when we needed them, we spent £109 in total. We took it in turns who did the fast pass with Leo. You can do parent swaps if you want to go on the bigger rides and then only one of you has to queue - some rides have single rider queues which are much shorter too. I get the magic, and the nostalgia… but surely it isnt just me who thinks most of these rides are 😴🫣 Leo said it was the best day of his life so no doubt we will be back soon 🫡 It wouldnt let me add more nunbers after 11 - but we got on 14 rides during the day/ We also watched the “together” show at Disney Studios which was actually great.
Paris on a budget?! Is it possible? When using @Skyscanner to find your cheap flights to Paris, take note of whether the flights you have found fly to BVA or CDG (or ORY). How you get to your accommodation will vary based on this. BVA is often cheaper and it’s easy to get a Terravision shuttle from there to Porte Maillot, which is in Paris centre. Note that this takes around an hour and 15 minutes. Buses depart 20 mins after each flight lands and will wait for delayed flights ᵃᵈ CDG has a train station making it really quick and easy to get to Disneyland or Paris center. We loved our base in Val d’Europe and would highly recommend it if you plan to visit Disneyland and Paris center.
Visit Disneyland AND Paris centre from here! 😍 I’ve put a link to this park in my link tree if anyone wants to see more pictures / learn more! We booked it via The Sun Holidays as I show in the video I posted a couple of months back. A fantastic option for the school holidays if you want to get away and not spend a fortune ❤️
And lets be honest, everyone secretly appreciates having you around for the snaps 📸
Replying to @Mary Susan Donnelly There’s so much to cover on a Disney trip, its hard to know where to start! The cost is obviously important and its not cheap. The tickets pretty much cost what they cost, you can save a couple of pounds here and there with third parties - but we didnt think it was worth the faff. We only had a day to visit so got the one day, two park tickets. Two days two parks would have been more relaxed. But tbh i couldnt imagine having to do it all again the next day 🫠 (miserable old mum alert). Fast passes are £109 each to skip the queue once on each ride (but lots really dont need it). We decided not to get these and to ‘pay as you go’ - if a queue was long we tapped through (just one of us went with him so we only bought two passes - often around £10 to do this). £10 or two hours in a queue with a 4 year old was a no brainer for me 😅 Some queues were only 5-15 minutes. I made a very poor quality video on the rides we went on here: @The Travel Mum | Cheap Travel
Replying to @LifeAfterRoo Under £200 for a Wed - Sunday stay by Disneyland?! 🤯 🚆Flying to CDG means you can get the TGV train to Marne-la-Vallée which is the station at Disneyland. 🏨 Val d’europe is just one stop away from Marne-la-Vallée on the train making it a great budget friendly base. You can be in Paris centre in just 40 minutes from there too. ❤️ You could get a two day park ticket for the thursday and friday and visit Paris centre on Saturday before returning home on Sunday. We have a website where you can search your local airport to Disneyland Paris and we will source the best flights and budget accom in the surrounding area!
Replying to @GazP23 Heres the price with the tickets 😬
Can you save money on Disneyland Paris tickets?? You definitely can and the key is to understanding the different ways to book and then shopping around. Ive put the link to this third party in my bio. Ive written a blog post on our website and have it linked in my bio - it covers everything you’ll need to plan a budget friendly trip to Disneyland Paris, plus all the links to the booking sites that youll need.
If you’re looking for a fun place to go that won’t break the bank, this one’s for you 😍 @Efteling is a theme park we’ve wanted to visit for a long time. It is just an hours drive from Amsterdam, making it a perfect addition to a city break. I’ll be making more videos on this park over the coming days so let me know what you want to know!
Replying to @Duckie How we got to Efteling theme park in the Netherlands 🚗🚢 You have a few options. 🚢 We loved the overnight ferry as it added even more adventure and excitement to the trip for Leo. I’m also trying not to fly too much in early pregnancy. We took our car but you could easily go as a foot passenger. There is a coach taking people to the centre after departing the boat in Amsterdam. From Amsterdam you can get a train to Tilburg and from there get a bus straight to the park. I’ll be posting more about the overnight ferry soon! ✈️ You can fly to Amsterdam or Eindhoven. And then the same applies getting the train to Tilburg and getting the bus to Efteling. We enjoyed combining Amsterdam with the park as it’s a city we haven’t explored for a while. Can you believe our hotel room number in Amsterdam was 420 🤭
