So you were there at 6am this morning refreshing the easyJet website, hoping to bag bargain Lapland flights… only to find flights at £600 return within the first half an hour 🫣 Let me explain why this happened. easyJet price their flights based on demand. There has been a lot of publicity about these flights going on sale. As you can imagine, thousands of people searching for the same route tells the website that these flights are in DEMAND! Raise the prices! And this has gone on to a ridiculous level where I’ve just seen flights for over £800 return! (PLEASE don’t book these!) But people won’t be paying this. Most people anyway. The prices WILL come down. We bought ours in June last year for £75pp. Ryanair still have their flights to release next month too. ✈️ What would I do? ✈️ Now the flights are there we can see the dates and times. This is great for planning. Choose your ideal dates and times, ignore the price for now. Set a price alert for those flights and watch how they fluctuate over the coming days/weeks/months.
