How did you find it? ✈️ We love the canary islands for a bit of winter sun, they all have their pros and cons, here’s our review of Tenerife. ☀️ Pros - (Almost) year round sun - Cheap winter flights - Best water park (in the world?!) - Good variety of resorts - Lively nightlife (PDLA) - Very catered to Brits (pro or con?) - Relatively short flight for winter sun (4 hrs) ❌ Cons - Very catered to Brits (lack of Spanish culture in many tourist areas) - “Boozy Brit” culture in some areas - Winter weather in the north can be windy and cool - Package holidays are expensive in winter (DIY bookings often much better value) - Relatively long flight time with little kids (4 hours) What were your thoughts on Tenerife?!
