Driving to Belgium was so much easier than we thought it would be! 鉀达笍 We got the ferry across to Calais from Dover (We live 4 hours from Dover but it would be even easier if you live in the south!) Dunkirk is another option and is a little bit closer. 馃巹We spent a night in Calais and explored the Christmas market and city - you can bypass this one if you鈥檙e short on time. 馃殫 From Calais we were just a 1 hour 25 minute drive to the beautiful Bruges in Belgium! 馃巹馃 Find a cheap hotel for a night or two and stuff your face with waffles, big sausages and mulled wine 馃嵎 馃ぉ #christmasmarkets #brugesbelgium #travelideas #cheaptravel #thetravelmum #xmasmarket
